Katrina Kaif, an Indian actress was born on July 16, 1984. She has appeared in a clutch of Bollywood (Hindi Film Industry), Telugu and Malayalam films.
Katrina Kaif was born in Hong Kong to an Indian Kashmiri father and a white British mother. She was one among eight children, all girls, and was raised in Hawaii.
At the age of fourteen, Katrina Kaif started modeling for a jewelery campaign in London, and was spotted by an Indian filmmaker named Kaizad Gustad, who launched her in his film Boom (2003).
For that movie she shifted to Mumbai (formerly Bombay) and was offered a number of modeling assignments. But movie roles eluded her due to her lack of fluency in the native language Hindi and her strong British accent.
Even though Katrina Kaif has been dating Bollywood co-star Salman Khan for a while now, she still avoids talking about him and doesn't take questions relating to her personal life from the media.
